Traveling in the Philippines takes time. Island geography means destinations are disconnected. Flights can be delayed in high season and typhoons will disrupt even the best planned itineraries. Plan to spend at least week in each place as most destinations will take one day to journey between.
So we suggest a 2 week itinerary is enough to travel through Palawan and do a trip with Tao. If you have an 3rd week, then add on another Provence. This is enough time to take it all in, buffer for unforeseen island delays and at the same time get as much as possible out of your trip.
We have put together a few travel guides to help plan your trip through Palawan and what to do in El Nido and Coron.
If you have extra time we suggest a trip up to the rice terraces of the Mountain Provence, Surfing vibes in Siargao, and of course check out our tips for one hectic Day and Night in Manila!
